Golden Rules of Procurement Outsourcing
According to an article posted at ProcurementLeaders.com, "Many companies who have outsourced management of their procurement to a specialist outsourcing provider are left feeling they have closed a 'bad deal.'" Luisella Chiesa, Vice President of Efficio, an international consultancy specializing in procurement and supply chain performance improvement, believes the problem stems from a lack of taking key issues into account.
