Intra-State Innovation
  • "Intrepreneur" might be one of the alternatives.

In reality, it isn't easy to create innovation in supply chain risk management. 1st- & 2nd-line mangers are extremely busy, unless top management truly understands the importance of investing in the managers for their company's future. I tried when I was at Dell to work with CTO's office in an attempt to cultivate a culture... results ? I "lived" 5 to 10 years ahead of everyone... it wasn't a good timing. I hope China could learn a lesson.
