Ursula McGloughlin is a contract and project manager. She has worked independently for the past 10 years and currently is contracted to the Old Mutual group in a division that runs their African operations. Old Mutual is one of the biggest insurance carriers in South Africa. Her current role is as the project manager and business analyst of a project to implement due diligence on a new vendor who will manage and roll-out a standardized platform for all African countries.

He is now going to work for Walter Energy, a mining company.
